Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Aura Collections! We want you to love your new clothes. If an item doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, we are here to help you with returns and exchanges.
1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must have all the original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

You must provide the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items bought during a Final Sale or clearance event.

Custom-altered clothing.
4. How to Start a Return

Send an email to auracollection202@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 03390084801.

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange (e.g., wrong size, damaged item).

Our team will review your request and guide you on where and how to send the package back.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Aura Collections will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind or want a different color/style), you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned clothing item, we will send you an email or message to notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method or sent via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash (for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5 to 7 business days.
